CERTAINTEED MASTER CRAFTSMAN
SHINGLE QUALITY SPECIALIST
A manufacturer warranty is only as good as the installation under it. Skip the ice-and-water shield, staple the underlayment, or starve the attic of ventilation, and the warranty you paid for can be voided the day a claim is filed — most homeowners never find out until it's too late.
That's exactly what the CertainTeed Master Craftsman — Shingle Quality Specialist credential certifies: that we install CertainTeed systems to their published specifications, from the underlayment up, so the coverage actually holds. The badge is independently issued by CertainTeed and verifiable — the kind of proof this page is built on.
That same discipline is what lets us stand behind the work ourselves, and it's the reason the only shingle we recommend is one whose warranty survives solar panels on the roof.
The Metal Credential
METALCRAFT SILVER
METAL ROOFING CONTRACTOR
Metal is a different trade from shingles. The panels are cut to length on site, the fastening schedule changes with the pitch, and the ridge, valley, and penetration details are where a metal roof either lasts fifty years or leaks in five. A crew that is excellent with asphalt is not automatically excellent with metal.
MetalCraft Silver is the contractor credential issued by True Metal Supply, the manufacturer behind the TrueLock™ standing-seam panel we install. It certifies that we have been trained on their systems and install them to the specification their warranty is written against — which is what keeps that non-prorated, transferable Limited Lifetime Warranty intact instead of nominal.
Silver is a tier, not the top of the ladder, and we would rather say that plainly than let a badge imply more than it does. What it does mean: when we quote a standing seam roof, the manufacturer of the panel has verified we know how to install it.

A 10-YEAR
WORKMANSHIP WARRANTY
On top of the manufacturer's material warranty, every RuFR USA roof carries our own 10-year workmanship warranty — roughly double the local standard, and five times the two-year period common in commercial work. If something we did fails, we come back and make it right.
And because we coordinate the solar detach and reset with our partner, WNC SolarSquad, that warranty doesn't evaporate the moment panels are involved — the seam between the roofing and the solar work, where most warranties quietly fall apart, is handled as one project instead of two disconnected trades.
On Every Job
SAFETY &
ACCOUNTABILITY
A roofing crew is on your property, at height, for a day or more — and full insurance means the liability for that stays with us, never with you. It's the first question every homeowner should ask a contractor, and the one we answer before you have to.
On the ground, accountability looks like protected landscaping, staged materials, daily cleanup, and a magnetic nail sweep — including a project-manager pass within 72 hours of completion, so the only trace we leave behind is the roof.
