Over a Decade of Claims Experience

YOUR PARTNER THROUGH THE
ROOF INSURANCE CLAIM

Carriers are tightening scopes, leaning on desk adjusters, and denying claims that sailed through five years ago. Most roofers quit at the first denial. RuFR USA is built for the fight after it — hail and wind roof insurance claims are our specialty. We work directly with your insurance company from the first inspection through the final check, so a stressful claim becomes something you barely have to touch, and nothing the storm damaged gets left off the scope.

The RuFR Difference

WHY OUR CLAIMS
GET APPROVED

A roof insurance claim is won or lost on documentation and the willingness to show up. Here is what we do differently — and why our claims get approved when other roofers walk away.

Identical Inspections

Test squares, chalked hail strikes, collateral damage on soft metals, and dated photos tied to the storm record — the exact protocol your adjuster follows, done first. When our inspection and the carrier's match, there is nothing left to argue about.

The Complete Loss

Gutters, screens, skylights, garage doors, fascia, siding, fencing — every storm-touched item left off the scope is money the carrier keeps. We record all of it, because a roof insurance claim is rarely just the roof, and the difference adds up fast.

A Bench Behind Us

Working relationships with local independent adjusters, engineers, and attorneys mean we are not bluffing when a claim goes sideways. Carriers behave differently on a claim when they know that bench exists and that we will use it.

Adjuster Meetings, Always

We meet your adjuster on your roof — it is a scheduled step in our process, not a favor we sometimes do. A claim scoped together, slope by slope, settles better and faster than one built from a drive-by and a desk.

Solar-Home Claims

Arrays confuse adjusters, and micro-fractures, racking damage, and detach-and-reset costs routinely get missed. With our solar partner WNC SolarSquad on the same project, we document the roof and the array — and the detach-and-reset cost is written into the claim, not left as your surprise.

Honest First

Not every storm is a claim. If your damage is below deductible or just ordinary wear, we will tell you that and quote the repair instead of talking you into filing. An honest "no" is worth more than a denied claim on your record.

The Process

THE ROOF INSURANCE CLAIM
PROCESS, STEP BY STEP

From the first phone call to the final check, here is exactly how a roof insurance claim works with RuFR handling it alongside you.

01

1. Get inspected & file

Start with a free inspection so you file knowing you actually have a claim — not a hunch. If a storm caused the damage, we help you open the claim with your carrier and tell you exactly what to document and what to say.

02

2. Free carrier-grade inspection

We inspect every slope by hand and by drone to the same protocol your adjuster uses, plus the gutters, siding, and everything else the storm touched. A formal storm report is included free when your carrier asks for one.

03

3. We meet your adjuster on your roof

We walk every slope with your adjuster so the scope is agreed on-site, in person. This is step three, not a maybe — claims scoped together settle better, and it is where missed damage gets caught before it becomes a denial.

04

4. Claim approved, scope agreed

Your carrier reviews the findings and approves the scope under your policy. If they under-scope it, we handle the supplements and re-inspections; if they deny it, that is exactly where our adjuster, engineer, and attorney bench earns its keep.

05

5. We build it, you settle

Once approved, we schedule the build around you and install to full standard with best-in-class CertainTeed materials. A 50% deposit — typically your ACV check — locks the date, and the balance is due only when your carrier releases final payment. We never ask for money insurance hasn't released.

What You Get

A LOCAL PARTNER
ON YOUR SIDE

When you hand us the roof insurance claim, you get a local partner who manages it from the first inspection to the final check — working directly with your carrier so the process stays smooth while you get on with your life. No call center, no handoffs between departments, just one team that answers the phone.

We are built for insurance roof replacement specifically: carrier-grade documentation, a single point of contact, and over a decade of experience reading how adjusters think and where they cut. And because we coordinate the solar side with our partner WNC SolarSquad, even a solar-home claim gets handled end to end — the detach and reset scoped into the claim instead of falling through the gap between trades.

  • Inspection-to-completion claim handling, managed with your carrier
  • Carrier-grade field inspection and adjuster-ready documentation
  • One local point of contact through the entire claim
  • Expedited build scheduling once your claim is approved
  • Best-in-class CertainTeed materials, installed to manufacturer spec
  • A 10-year workmanship warranty on your new roof

HOW YOU PAY —
AND HOW YOU DON'T

Inspection, documentation, adjuster meetings, supplements, and appeals: free. Our compensation is the roofing contract itself once your claim is approved — that is the whole model, and it is why our interests and yours point the same direction.

Your only true out-of-pocket on a covered claim is normally your deductible — and North Carolina requires that it be paid as written, so we handle it by the book. If another contractor offers to "take care of" your deductible, just know that practice isn't allowed in NC and can create real headaches for you later.

  • Free inspection, documentation, and adjuster representation
  • Deposit timed to your ACV check — never ahead of your carrier
  • Supplements and re-inspections handled when carriers under-scope
  • Denial? That's where our adjuster/engineer/attorney bench earns its keep

Jason S.Asheville, NC

"Parker and his crew did an amazing job on our roof! It looks better than I hoped! Parker was great throughout the process. It took a little longer than we thought but it was due to Hurricane Helene. We are thrilled with our new roof!"
