Standing Seam

Exposed Fastener
Ribbed panels fastened through the face at a friendlier price point, with real metal durability and water-shedding. The honest trade-off: those exposed fasteners and washers need occasional attention over the life of the roof, and we tell you that up front.
Galvalume & Painted Steel
Aluminum-zinc coated steel paired with modern baked-on paint systems, engineered for decades of WNC humidity, rain, and temperature swings without the rust that plagued older bare-steel roofs.

Metal fails differently than asphalt — fasteners back out, seams separate, and flashing gives at the penetrations. We inspect for what actually matters on a metal roof, and review the structure before we ever quote a new one.
Panel layout & materials
The panel layout is mapped and the trim and flashing details planned before anyone touches the roof. Panels are cut to the exact length of your roof, so there are no ugly mid-run laps or seams to leak down the line.
Installation to spec
Underlayment, clips, and flashing installed precisely to the system manufacturer's specification — the unglamorous details that are the entire difference between a metal roof that lasts 40-plus years and one that fails at 15.
Walkthrough & warranty
A quality check walked with you, the site swept clean, and every warranty registered — the manufacturer's panel and finish warranties plus our 10-year workmanship warranty on the new roof.
