3. Tear-off to final shingle in a day
Ice & water shield at every code area plus all penetrations and transitions, cap-nailed synthetic underlayment, and your new roof — 95% of re-roofs finish in a single day.
4. Walkthrough & final magnet sweep
A final inspection walked with you, debris hauled off, and your project manager back within 24–72 hours for a last walkthrough and magnet sweep.
