Services
OUR FLAT ROOFING
SERVICES
From patching a single puncture to replacing the full membrane system, here's what we handle across Western North Carolina.
Flat Roof Inspection
Flat roof problems hide until they're expensive — seams separate slowly, drains clog quietly. We get on the roof and check the whole system before something small turns into a big bill.
Learn MoreFlat Roof Repair
Most issues can be fixed without replacing the whole system. A puncture, a lifted seam, or a failed flashing detail is a repair — not a replacement — if it's caught in time.
Learn MoreFlat Roof Installation
The right membrane, installed to spec, with the penetration and drainage details that decide whether a flat roof lasts 15 years or 25.
Learn MoreFlat Roof Replacement
When the membrane has failed across most of the surface or storm damage is too widespread to patch, we handle the full replacement — tear-off through cleanup.

FLAT ROOF SYSTEMS
WE WORK WITH
A flat roof isn't one product — it's a category of membrane systems, each with its own strengths, lifespan, and ideal use. The ranges below assume proper installation and ventilation; a well-built, well-vented roof reaches the top of them.
TPO
White single-ply with heat-welded seams — reflects summer heat and keeps cooling costs honest.
EPDM
Black rubber membrane that stays flexible in cold — a proven performer through mountain winters.
Modified Bitumen
Multi-layer asphalt system with real puncture resistance — reliable through freeze-thaw cycling and foot traffic.
Built-Up Roofing
Multiple asphalt and felt layers under a gravel finish — a traditional system with built-in redundancy for the right building.
PONDING WATER IS
A WARNING, NOT A QUIRK
Standing water 48 hours after rain stresses every seam it touches. The cause is usually a clogged drain or a settled deck section — and finding the real source before it becomes a leak is the whole game on flat roofs.
Water on a flat roof doesn't drop straight through, either. It travels horizontally along the deck before it finds a gap, so the wet spot on your ceiling can sit several feet from the actual entry point. That's why we trace, not guess.
- Drains, scuppers, and seams checked on every inspection
- Storm and hail damage on membranes documented for insurance
- HVAC and penetration seals handled during every replacement
- Most residential flat roof replacements finish in 1–3 days

What Homeowners Say
5-STAR RATED ACROSS WESTERN NC
"Parker looked carefully at my roof and fixed problems that I suspect others would have ignored. He was attentive to every place where water could get in, and reinforced those areas. In particular, he saw how the step flashing on one part of my roof was not adequate to keep everything dry. He went in and devised a solution that is substantially better than was there before. I highly recommend his work!"
Jason G. — Asheville, NC
"One of the hardest working group of guys I've seen in a while. Beautiful roof, excellent cleanup and they got it done in one day! Amazing. Thank you"
Randy B. — Brevard, NC
"Amazing experience all around. Parker was very helpful through the whole process. I had never had a new roof put in before, or dealt with insurance company claims. Parker was there every step of the way. The crew were great. They were in and out in one day. Excellent job picking up debris. I would highly recommend them."
